  • Please make sure you have fully read all our store’s policies before placing an order, to help avoid confusion.

    • we do not allow refunds or returns.

    • if your crystals arrive broken/damaged please message us on instagram or, send us an email, you will be provided will shop credit or a replacement depending on the availability. you must include a picture within the first day (24 hrs) of delivery to be granted shop credit or replacement.

    • shop responsibly, make sure to look at all photos to be positive the crystal/s, you are taking home is just for you.

  • all of your orders are packed securely and, always will love and care. processing time is 2-3 weeks. processing time is, how long it will take to get your package ready to be shipped out. please allow 7-10 days to receive your item after being shipped.

    • once your package has been delivered to the post office and tracking information has been sent, unfortunately i am no longer responsible for delayed or, lost mail it will be in the hands of USPS. if anything is to go wrong with your package please contact your local post office to get more information on your order.

    • we are also not responsible for any wrong deliveries. please be sure to double-check your address before placing your order, if you have apartment numbers please make sure they are correct. shipping adresses cannot be changed after you have paid.

    • crystals and stones are natural creations, that include many inclusions, rainbows, as well as chips and cracks, making every crystal different from the next, no two are the same. double-check the pictures for what you’re looking at.

    • photographs may sometimes take away the true vibrant colors, quality of lighting and our computer screens also pay apart. i try my best to capture the true beauty of each crystal but colors may slightly vary.

    • you should not leave children or pets unattended around crystals without adult supervision. although it may be a way of healing and connecting, many crystals are sharp and heavy, smaller ones are choking hazards. we advise you to handle them with proper care, we are not responsible for any injuries.
